you're amazing in your on way.



I know you're gonna say "ah its easy for you to say, it's harder than you think" but trust me sometimes I feel really insecure about myself too, and when that feeling came up to me I tried to distract my thought with a positive mind.

So here you gooo, I'm gonna share 6 tips "How to be more confident about yourself"

  •  Start with Gratitude

Begin the day by thinking about some of the things you have to be grateful for or you could list 3 things you are thankful for only on that day. bcause when you list the things you are thankful for you're gonna realize that "wow actually my life isn’t that bad and I have a good life..not everything in my life always goes wrong". try to write what you grateful for everyday.  

p.s : I’m still trying to do that too ;) 

  •       Mirror Talk


So every morning, try to talk to yourself in the mirror. first you could say "hi" to yourself. (ex : good morning Amel! you're gonna have a good day today blabla and etc) and find the body part that you think it looks awesome that day. (ex : my eyes look pretty today! or woo my hair looks so good ) something like that.
I knowww its sound so dumb when you have to talk to yourself, but actually that's really helpful tho. if you can't find any of body parts you want to praise, just FORCE yourself to find 2 good qualities in YOU. 
  •      Surround yourself with people who like themselves


Its pretty amazing how much people around us could change the way we look our self, actually they could influence our self-perception. if you hang out with people who always complaining about themselves nagging and grumbling there is a chance that their insecurity rubbing on you too! and you gonna see yourself the way they did, you feel ungrateful and etc. Find a friend who like and respect themself. At least their confident will come to you too.

  •         Find something you're good at...and stick with it! 

Explore youself, embrace yourself to do something.If you like to write, just try to write everything you do and the experience you have, you could be a blogger or a writer(who knows?!) Don’t ever think that you don’t have something you’re good at. You HAVE it, you just don’t realize that. That’s why you need to explore what you can do. Finding something you're good at and getting better at it gives you confidence. 
  • Think positive...just positive thought please

Wheater you realize or nah, the insecurity comes because you were too scared and anxious about the results. Its really unnecessary. Put your thought on positive things only. 

  • Smile :)

Last but not least, don't forget to smile. it's the easiest thing that people always forget to do.Smile has a positive energy that can give a feeling of happiness, for yourself and even others around you.   
smile to yourself,    
smile to your family, 
smile to your friends, 
even smile to strangers,
you gonna be surprise what smile can do for you, Because only with a smile you could have a better day! lol sound so cheezy.

You prettier this way

You smarter and stronger than you ever imagine

You don't need to compare yourself with anyone else

You don't need to be somebody else just to make them happy

You just need to be yourself. be who YOU are.

There are a lot of people who truly love you...if you think you don’t have them? Oh don’t worry, you just haven't find it yet :)
